Small outdoor group fitness training at an affordable price

We call our “The Power Hour” and it involves training every major muscle group in 3 sets of 15 alternating each set with cardio work for 30 seconds. This is a fast way to get fit and tone up.

Sat mornings 8.45 am and/or Mondays and Wed evenings 6.30 pm at the “Tan track, base of Anderson St on the river” South Yarra. This is a great way to meet new people and get fit having fun.

Come to any combination of session times as your lifestyle changes from week to week.

$20 per session sold in 10 week blocks and you have 13 weeks to use your 10 sessions :)

You can jump in at any time.

Come along to the first session as a free trial.

If you don’t like it you don’t have to pay up. What are you waiting for?

Our wet weather policy for The Power Hour.

If the session is not on due to rain then you will receive a sms message 30 minutes before the session.

This way you do not need to contact your trainer on the day. If you do not hear from the trainer then the session is on.

Of course Melbourne weather is unpredictable and can change at the last minute. If the session rains during the first 30 minutes of the session it will be canceled at no charge to you.
