Jodie's story

I have been very active on completion of my PT sessions with yourself. You gave me the jump start a needed. I’m now down to 76kg and feeling fighting fit. I have taken up boxing and have kept up with the running, I’m doing between 30-40 kms per week! I even came 6th in a fun run I did at the weekend. Thanks for making me super fit, keep up the great work!!!
